4 yr old in LBB :( Help me find crash test or video please

1- booster vs seat belt only

2- booster vs 5 pt harness

I have a friend with a small 4 yr old (appx 35lb). He has been in a Nautilus since about 18mo and now she has bought him a low back (Harmony) booster to use sometimes :( (when he chooses next to his Nauti or in others cars, as she does not drive)
I'm trying to discourage her from switching to the Harmony full time. And to make sure she at least uses that, rather than nothing.

I took them to the airport today and when I got there to pick them up, she couldn't find the Harmony (which she was planning to use for the trip & back). She put him in the 3rd row of my Pilot with seat belt only and I was really not happy with it. I offered to buy another Harmony to use (<$15) & she accepted. We went straight to Walmart (2 min away) and bought the seat. She belted him in using it right away & at least I thought it was better than nothing. Well, we get to the airport (about a 15-20min drive) and I'm helping her unload & when I hand her the Harmony, she says, no just leave it here  uhh...I said but don't you need it for the trip? She said no, her sister had a seat she could use once there. So...I'm very confused and still wondering what she is thinking.
Hoping to show her how important it is to keep him as safe as possible. (sorry for the long story)
TIA

I don't have any real info on boosters, but here's a couple of things on seatbelt use. Since she has already put him in a seatbelt alone at least once, maybe this info will prevent her from doing it again! The first is from Wendy and has videos showing the effects on those too young to ride in seatbelts, and the second is the link to carseatblog's 5-step test (which obviously he doesn't pass ).

With stubborn people I have found that scaring them a bit is the only thing that works. Show her Kyle David Miller. I was in the same situation not too long ago. Same booster except it was a small 3 year old.
