Old FP Safe Embrace convertible carseat recall

Among the massive toy recall by Fisher Price, there is a note for the recall of the old Safe Embrace convertible carseat where there might be some with a defective harness adjustor

Nevermind about this. I now just noticed the date of the recall and it is an older one dated on 8/4/98

Eh, still good to know. I'd say many of us aren't aware off the tops of our heads about recalls that are from 9 yrs ago... granted the seats are expired now, but I'm sure some are still in use.

(I read the recalls and try to remember the big models/names that have been involved in recent years, that way I know if there's one to look closer for since at our public seat checks they don't check the recall list.)
