uneven radian harness

I get the right side so tight it's probably hurting my dd, but the left side isn't even close at passing the pinch test. I try pushing my dd to the left side, but that doesn't work either. Finally, I unhooked the straps and compared them. The left side is longer than the right! Has anyone else had this problem? Are radian straps supposed to be the same length?

ETA- I measured. Right side is 1/2 inch shorter than the left. I called diono and they are sending me a new set of straps. (I've never removed radian straps before. Sounds scary!) I was told for a second time that they will send me a longer crotch strap too. Hopefully this time it will come.

My RA55 is like this too... I haven't actually measured but can't figure out any other explanation?!

The Ra55 does this because the harness straps have one splitting plate instead of 2.

I've heard of this a time or two. And it's not too hard to change the straps. I have a thread somewhere. Let me find it for you. :)

Mine seems to be the same way. Oddly, I never noticed it RF but it is very pronounced now that it's FF.
