Need a convertible seat for '11 Santa Fe

I just purchased a Safety First Complete Air 65 for my 1 yo. She is uncomfortable in her infant seat, I will not ff yet, she's way too little. The seat is not level in my car (to the ground). I also have to put the seats all the way toward the dash to even attempt to get it level. I'm really upset and frustrated. It was a good price but I can't rf like I want to and actually have anyone sit in the front seat. Help! Please!

Welcome.

At one year old your child can sit as upright as 30 degrees. The lines on the side don't fit in any cars, and that's a newborn angle. The engineers have said that the seat passes testing as upright as 30 degrees, so it's perfectly safe. When pressed as to why then they stress that the lines must be level to the ground, they had no answer.

I have a true fit and had it rear facing and forward facing in my 09 Santa fe. You lose a bit of passenger legroom but I sat there (5 ft 5) with no issues. Great install and love the seat!
