Car sickness?

So DS2 has vomited three times in the past 5 days. It is always while driving or just after. If this does continue and there's nothing wrong with him... What would you do? He is already super upright in a toddler orbit g2 and he had always had some food in his belly before. We drive a lot. He had eaten right after each time and hasn't vomited again and hasn't seemed ill or had a fever. Would you try a Foonf FFing?

He is 2 years 3 months.

I'd first try all the tricks for reducing sickness. If those don't work, try turning ffing. He's over age 2.

Here are the tricks I know of: take off the vehicle headrest so he can look out the back window. Make sure he's cool. Take breaks and get him out of the car every so often. (I know in my life, we drive an hour to get pretty much anywhere.)

Can you get the Orbit more reclined? It looked pretty upright in your other thread.

Has the vomiting just been in your new vehicle?

It has been in both cars. The other two times were in the other car. The seat was in the other car for at least a month with no issue.

He has his own AC vent and the AC had been on each time. I make sure it is pointing at him. I'll try takin the headrest off to see of that helps. Two of the trips were not very long an I can't imagine stopping more frequently. I don't want to just be sitting on the side of the road and this is the kid who often takes 20 minutes to fight to get him in the seat.

Could you try having him eat some crackers while you're in the car? I've heard grain products prevent puking sometimes.
