    Display seats

Are all display seats supposed to be compliant? If so, I found a few here that are not.

I'm not sure if display seats have to be compliant, but if they do........there are a TON of wal marts around here that are doing bad things

Well, it seems a bit weird to have a display that isn't the same thing as what you are selling, but I doubt it is illegal as ling as they don't sell the displays.

    Re: Display seats

I suppose one could argue that they are advertising the seat - and it's illegal to advertise a non-compliant seat.

But they are not advertising that particular seat for sale, rather the compliant ones in boxes ready to be sold? Might be able to get them for false advertising
