The AOE is in in the rear facing recline, yes. The straps are also below the shoulders. My guess is they flipped it around for the video. I hope, anyway. The older child should also be in a booster, since the belt doesn't fit at all.

I've actually seen this in so many vehicles--parents want the recline for their little ones while ffing and therefore, they install it this way. I would just hate for someone to see this video and think it's proper installation, kwim?
