Double Strollers

Ok. I'm looking for a double stroller for my 28 month old DD and 4 month old DS. I need your help because I'm so confused about what to get! Mostly I'll be using it for the mall and shopping and such. I rarely use it outside, although in the event that I do we already have a single jogger and usually in those cases (like at the zoo or something) DD would rather walk or ride in the backpack. Also, we have a Jeep Grand Cherokee so it needs to fit in the back.

I'm looking for what stroller you have, likes/dislikes, and why. Also any other advice!

I always have preferred a side-by-side, and if I were getting one today that would be what I'd get. But other than that tidbit,, I'm no help. lol

Can't go wrong with the Valco or the BabyJogger City Series Double. I love them both... the BJ won out for us because I don't have 3 stroller age children and it pushed better than the Valco.

We also have a Maclaren Twin Techno that I use for travelling and Airline trips, but I prefer the BJ for the most part.

OK I just read you said for the mall, and no outdoors. Then I would go with the new Baby Planet Double side by side Unity Sport. It is AWESOME, and has a cool neat push handle. It is almost like a steering wheel. It holds 55lbs per seat, and is super cool looking!!

The fabric in it is almost "italian" like a Peg-Perego's nice fabric. This will probably be my next side by side double :) It is very solid feeling also.

Lol! I would really like to get a side by side. I guess I'm just worried about being able to maneuver it in some of the stores in the mall. In some of them I can barely get my Quattro Tour around in. Like literally just squeezes around in them.

I actually have the Baby Jogger, Baby Planet and Zooper all bookmarked! ;)

I had a Phil & Ted's e3 with the toddler seat and loved it. It was so compact and easy to manouver I just sold it though to buy a Valco Runabout Twin with toddler seat for my daycare kids. I'm sad but I needed a triple stoller and didn't want the huge tandem one. And of course I couldn't afford to have both strollers.
