My speech is on Going beyond the legal minimums in car seat usage and why it is important regarding the average child's physical and emotional maturity. Since it is an informative speech, I have to keep myself to the facts (was it Dective Friday from some show from my mom's generation with his "Just the facts, Ma'am"?) and not try to persuade anyone 
That is going to be hard for me, but I can do it. I would like some help finding information on the bone devolpment of children under 3 and how it relates to ERFing, and perhaps emotional maturity and extended harnessing, if there is any. I'm also going to cover boostering and how a good booster fits. If I have time, I'll cover the 5 step test as well. Anything else anyone can think of to help me out would be appreciated. Thanks!
