I haven't seen much mention of the 2012 Camry yet. It's a redesign from 2006-2011 model years. According to Edmunds.com the new rear hip room is 54.5 inches, up from the previous 53.9 inches. It's a very smooth ride and the seat belt fit me wonderfully in all seating positions- I'm 5'2". The rear seat has 3 fixed headrests, the outboard ones were level with the top of my head and the middle one was slightly shorter, but I still had head support to eye level. The headrests were easily compressible but may be problematic with some boosters. Rear buckles are nice for car seats, probably not so nice for boosters.
All combinations of seating positions, direction of installation, seat belt and LATCH were quick and easy installations. (There is no dedicated center LATCH and Toyota does not permit borrowing to create a center LATCH position.) I was not comfortable sitting next to the Triumph in any seating position, and a 3 across with the Triumph isn't likely. Pictures are clickable thumbnails.
Rear facing outboard - Driver's seat is adjusted for 5'2" driver, in the passenger seat I could fully extend my legs.
Close up of the buried knob - despite how it looks, I could easily tighten the knobs and push the lever to release the harness
