California Innovations Expands Recall of Cryofreeze and Arctic Zone Freezer Gel Packs Due to Ingestion Hazard. Sold at: Mass merchandise and warehouse stores, other retailers, distributors and on-line sellers nationwide between July 2007 and December 2008 in items that retailed between $5 and $28.

Nautilus Recalls Bowflex® SelectTech® 1090 Dumbbells Due to Injury Hazard. Sold at: Sporting goods stores, Nautilus.com and other online retailers from May 2011 through August 2011 for about $600.

West Marine Recalls Folding Deck Chairs Due to Collapse Hazard. Sold exclusively at: West Marine stores nationwide, online at westmarine.com and in the West Marine catalog from February 2012 to May 2012 for about $70.

Based on information received from Kerry Ingredients & Flavours, Bay Valley Foods is voluntarily recalling approximately 74,000 cases of boxed pasta mix products manufactured by its subsidiary ST Specialty Foods, Inc. The seasoning blend was manufactured by Kerry using lactic acid which may potentially contain small metal fragments. Products include Reggano Pasta (Aldi), Food Club Pasta Salad (Coborns, Mid-Mountain Foods, Mitchell Grocery), HEB Pasta Salad (H-E-B), Rich n Creamy Macaroni & Cheese (King Soopers, Kroger), Meijer Macaroni and Cheese Dinner Thick & Cheesy (Meijer), Thick and Creamy Macaroni and Cheese (Wal-Mart).

Keoki's Lau Lau, a Honolulu, HI establishment, is recalling approximately 400 pounds of a Keoki's Kalua Brand ready-to-eat pork product due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The products were produced on May 24 and 25, 2012, and distributed to retail establishments in Hawaii.

Crown Prince is notifying all of its wholesalers to suspend shipments and retailers to remove South Korean shellfish from their shelves. The canned, fresh, and frozen shellfish are considered adulterated. This only affects oysters from South Korea. No other Crown Prince items or countries of origin are affected by this recall.

Botanical Laboratories of Ferndale, WA is recalling 38 bottles of 33.8 oz "Digestive 3 in 1 Health " liquid dietary supplement and 275 bottles of 16 oz. "Digestive Health 3 in 1" liquid dietary supplement, because a supplier of one of the ingredients has indicated the ingredient has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Both 33.8 oz. and 16 oz "Digestive 3 in 1 Health" were distributed nationwide through retail stores, and online retailers. The product was distributed after 05/01/2012.

Sandoz is conducting a voluntary recall of 10 lots of its generic oral contraceptive Introvale® in the US, following a recent report of a packaging flaw. These lots were distributed only in the US between January 2011 and May 2012. The recall was decided after a consumer reported that the white placebo tablets were mistakenly in the ninth row (labeled "Week 9") of the 13-row blister card, rather than in the correct position in the 13th and final row (labeled "Week 13").
