Pet harness available at Petsmart?

Is there a good dog harness available at Petsmart for a 22-23 lb dog? I tried the Pet Buckle on her several years ago and neither of us really liked it. When we travel as a family, I only have a seatbelt position for her, so being able to install with LATCH is unnecessary.

I really love my Kong harness http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4217931

I especially like the bracelet attachment for car travel. I can buckle the seat belt and attach my dogs to the shoulder portion. This lets them have the freedom to stand or sit or change direction without getting tangled in the locked belt. It was also one of the few I have found with metal attachments instead of plastic.

This one http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3951211&lmdn=Travel is also pretty good, but at a certain weight it goes from a double ring attachment to a single ring attachment. The double ring attachment means the seat belt attaches to the webbing itself and bypasses the plastic buckle. The buckle is just to keep the harness on the dog, but the buckle isn't in play in a crash. *wait, hold on and I'll take a pic.*

This harness is STRONG. It's one of the only tie outs my dog hasn't been able to break when she lunges. This dog has been know to break leather horse lead lines, so that is saying something.

Thanks for all the suggestions! We tried both the Kong and the Top Paw and the Top Paw is the winner. The Kong has a stiff body and since Bailey is very sensitive in her armpit area (she's a pound dog, so we don't know what happened to her :(), the Top Paw with the sheepskin is very comfy for her.

I didn't see any Bergans. I had to search for the Kong too. A big  to Petsmart for sticking it with the regular harnesses. I mean, I guess it is more of a regular harness that can double as a car harness, but it wasn't obvious that there was another travel harness option.
