Which Britax Marathon 70 Seat cover is more breathable?

Just bought the "Cowmooflage" one, but it seems so fuzzy that DS may get too hot in it in the summer -- he tends to get a sweaty back just from sitting in his Graco Infant seat, which is an all-cotton material. Should I get the Chili Pepper one instead? Or would they both be the same - chili pepper would make him sweaty still as it's plastic and at least the cowmooflage would absorb some of the sweat? lol!

Anyone own either and/or have any recommendations? Or would you recommend any of the other seat cover options? See here:

I live in FL and if I ever see a Britax its in Onyx because it's very breathable compared to plushy covers! I think the red one is the same material as onyx so that should work too!!! There aren't many plush covers left it seems like majority of them are that swishy smooth canvas (onyx.. can't explain it lol)!
