Britax needs another seat in its lineup

I think the radian and frontier 85 need to have a love child. A Britax ff seat with a 2 year minimum, 17-18" top slots, lbp option, no rethread harness, cowmoo, and SKINNY. Something that will get an average kid to age 5.5-6 and isn't overkill like the frontier is for most. What do you think?

What other seats are"missing" from the current market?

The ProBooster needs to be LATCHable. :) I would get one *thisquick* if it were. As it is, I don't want to have to deal with buckling in a booster every time it is unoccupied, or figuring out how to make it less tippy.

Hmm... how about a Radian/ Triumph baby? I  the knobs but the seat is just too darn wide, and it would take on the height of a Radian too! Not to mention Evenflo needs a better cover assortment. Oh and if it could have just a little bit of MyRide in it for the ease of installation that would be awesome!

And a Turbobooster with LATCH and a higher back.

The funny thing is that there's a European version that has rigid LATCH. It's called the Monza Seatfix.

hmm...I think a shorter shell convertible that is narrow like the radian and easy to install like the britax. The only reason I say shorter shell is there are plenty of kids that would do fine in a shorter rfing seat (radian is overkill for my tiny kids) but still need the narrowness! And shorter makes it better for more vehicles too. I LOVE the low profile of the radian too.

I'd like a mini radian option. They can call it the Radiangie because I thought of it. But anyway, it would be a shorter Radian, like a CCO, but certified for use here and all that good stuff.

More RF seats with lower profiles. I tolerate my Marathon in my van. Hate it with a passion trying to wedge my RFer into it in my car.

Thats where the RXT/TFP baby comes in, it would have a removable top portion like the TFP :D

No, I just want a mini Radian. Take a Radian, shrink it kind of thing.

Like, cut 6 inches off the top? I dig it.

A mini-Radian would be *awesome* - something that folds up like a Radian, is skinny like a Radian, but doesn't take up so much space would be great.

I also was thinking about the narrow FF combo seat today, even before I saw this thread. It needs to have higher top slots like a Frontier. It doesn't need to fold like the Radian. It needs a no-rethread harness that adjusts from the front (no reinstalling necessary). It needs to be skinny as all get-out with either no arm rests, or removable (or maybe just pivoting) arm rests to make it easy to buckle in tight 3-across situations in booster mode. And it needs to have a LBP option.

20 inch top slots! That's the only reason I am getting the Frontier85 this year, just for the height. If there were more options, that would be cool. I could shop around. I WISH the Frontier were not so wide! I don't want cup holders. Just 3 in a row with 20" top slots, please.

What? Why doesn't the Frontier work in your van?

We have that van and planned to get 2 Frontiers for outboard and the 8th seat, next to each other. I heard LBP gives a good install on both of these.

Help!

Tall & SKINNY booster with NON_RIGID latch with great head support for sleepers and doesn't need a headrest.

Basically, I want an old style parkway with latch. The new style parkway doesn't work on many levels.
