Don't you hate it when the seat you love is not best for your situation?

I'm coming to terms with the fact that the RN is best because I need the narrow, but I like the FR85 sooo much better.

I just took out the RN to wash it and wound up having to run to the store and put DS in his FR (that I really should list FS but can't bear to part with yet) and realized how much I love the FR 85. The weird part is that there's no real reason for me to like it better than the RN. I just do.

I really like the RN ff. But I've never had a Frontier85. Since what I like about the RN is that it's so close to the vehicle seat - like a car seat isn't even there - the Frontier wouldn't compare in that way.

Just for the record, I wanted one.

I sold my beloved freedom cover recently because I sold the marathon. I was "meh" about the marathon, but I loved the freedom cover. I'm still sad that I don't have it anymore. The radian is a much better fit for the kid and my family, though.
