Three Across in 2007 Honda Civic?

Currently, I have a 4 year old and 6 month old twins. We have the 4 year old in a FF Sunshine Kids (bought right before they changed to Diono) Radian in the center and a Baby Trend Flex Loc on each side. Everything fits perfectly.

The younger twin will out grow the flex loc within the next month (weight limit is 22 lbs on the models we have - not sure why we didn't go with the 30 lb one). We plan to just buy 2 new convertible seats and have them RF, of course.

We want to buy Diono Radian's but I've read that they may be a bit bulkier than the Sunshine kids? Anyone have the same set up and can tell me which RF seats work? Or do we need to put the RF next to each other and move the radian? I am up for buying any brand that will work! New car is not an option until early 2013.

It's tough. I could do 1 ffing and 2 rfing sk radians in my 2006 civic, but I tried recently with one diono in the mix and couldn't do it. Your year or trim level may be better for fitting seats. I'd see if you can try it out in your car or buy from a place that has easy returns.

maybe you'd have better luck if you puzzled two RFing seats next to each other - 1 RF radian and one RF MA or other HWH convertible that sits up on a base?

Maybe RF My Ride, RF Radian, FF Radian? The MR, going the same direction as the Radian, tends to puzzle even more tightly than the Britax convertibles.
