Radain harness slipping

I know I've seen others here that had this issue. Did they replace your seat? What did they do for you? I just got this seat this month (manufactured 12/10 but is brand new).
I was driving yesterday and it was tight when I put him in but a couple of miles down the road my 10yo asked me why baby's harness was so loose. There was 2-3" of slack!
I e-mailed Allana Pinkerton this morning to see what she has to say but I'm super concerned about using this seat. I'm so bummed, I need the extra height, he's almost too tall to RF in the MR already and I sure cannot afford a Foonf!

They should replace it.

If I remember correctly, I think 2010 was when they were having the most problems with their seats. I think everyone I've talked to who has had this issue has gotten a replacement seat sent to them.

Don't use that seat in the meantime though, it's not safe!!

Thanks! I'm glad I still have my MR here. I guess I have to switch out my brand new seat

I called and they had me send pictures of the adjuster both up & down. I'm glad my 10yo was there to notice.
Maybe I'll use the Marathon temporarily if he fits.

Please report this to NHTSA. The issue isn't restricted to just 2010 date of manufactures.
