Will a Graco Snugride 35 cover fit on a Safe Seat? I'm not sure how similar they are to each other. Thanks!

Didn't they lower the bottom slots at some point?

They are the same shell with the same harness slots. The only thing different now is the new SR35's come with infant padding under the baby's bottom so that it is rated to 4lbs now and small baby's now have a better chance at actually fitting the seat because that padding raises them up so their shoulders should be even with those bottom slots.
