Can I put the BV more upright?

I'm pretty sure that I could install the BV more upright than pictured and would like to since it is currently taking up more than the Regal Ride that was there previously. Do you think the angle would still be ok for a 15 month old if it were more upright? The pictures were taken with the camera level to the ground.

as it is in that pic, you're at oh, um..... 41.27 degrees :). so yes, a 15mo can be even more upright if you wish. our 13mo is at about 35 degrees. is that a subaru by chance?

Such a precise guess you have there :D
I didn't think it was nearly that reclined. And yup, it's a Subaru Outback Wagon. :)

I got one of those neat 360* angle protractors today and my DDs seat is exactly 30*. Much more upright looking than yours. You could totally move it some.

Ok, I only had a couple of minutes to try and get it more upright before it started storming again, but I think this is much better. I can sit in the passenger seat at 5'11" and not have my knees smashed into the dash. Can you tell what the angle is now? However, I have it installed using the lock-off on the buckle side and it had popped open on me without me noticing . So now I'm going to be obsessively checking it to make sure it stays put until it has convinced me that it can behave and stay closed.
