Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is voluntarily recalling Spinbrush® Rechargeable SONIC toothbrushes because the charging base may overheat with localized melting and sparking, possibly causing fire, shock or burns. The recalled lots were distributed between February 2010 and October 2011 in all U.S. states and in Canada.

Farm Glass & Metal Spiral Tea Light Holder Recalled by Christmas Tree Shops Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: Christmas Tree Shops in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest from July 2011 through March 2012 for about $5.

Exmark Quest ZRT Riding Mowers Recalled Due to Crash Hazard. Sold at: Exmark dealers nationwide from March 2009 through April 2010 for between $4,200 and $4,400.

H-E-B has issued a voluntary and precautionary recall for certain Asian Ready-to-Eat meals due to the possibility of undercooked chicken in those meals. The recall involves 19 Ready-to-Eat entrées and meals sold in 40 stores in Texas including one store in Houston. The product was available at the Grab ‘N Go section in H-E-B Delis.

Smiling Hara of Asheville is voluntarily recalling 12-ounce packages of unpasteurized soybean tempeh because of possible contamination with salmonella. The company is recalling tempeh manufactured this year between Jan. 11 and April 11.

Henry’s Farm Inc. is expanding the recall of its Soybean Sprouts, to include Natto Soybean Sprouts, because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. These items were distributed to retail stores in Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C.

Franck’s lab recently had a fungal issue with one lot of triamcinolone acetonide P.F. 80mg/ml and on March 29, 2011 instituted a recall. The recall involved five physicians and eight prescriptions.

Diamond Pet Foods is expanding a voluntary recall to include Diamond Puppy Formula dry dog food. The company took this precautionary measure because sampling revealed Salmonella in the product. The recalled Diamond Puppy Formula dry dog food was manufactured by Diamond Pet Foods in Gaston, S.C., and distributed in the following 12 states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia

Kaytee Pet Products is recalling a single manufacturing batch of Kaytee Forti-Diet Pro Health Mouse, Rat and Hamster due to possible contamination with Salmonella.
