With all these new and exciting boosters coming out does anyone know if any of them are taller then the original Frontier in booster mode? So, we have the new Peg booster, Oribit booster and cruiserfix...which one is going to have the tallest setting? All 3 look like great boosters

Orbit is coming out with a booster!?!?! Peg too?!?!?!? I had no idea but I am really curious as well since I am in the booster stage and thanks to the low seat backs in our jeep my kiddos will always need a high back (until I can convince DH to get rid of it!) and since the Monterey is no longer an option.... I need a tall booster!

I think the Kiddy Cruiser Fix is going to be crazy tall. There were measurements of the prototype model on car seat blog a while back.

I also need a tall booster and I think I remember someone saying that the new cruiserfix is tall. All 3 of these new booster have rigid latch and I'm hoping that the shoulder belt guide is better and more "open" vs the Parkway.

See, this is really what I'm hoping because I already love everything about this booster and I need something crazy tall because dh's truck doesn't have headrests so dd1 will need a tall booster :)

OK so if the Peg is 20" then its the same as the Parkway :( My Oobr is just about 21"
Does anyone know the top booster setting on the original Frontier? I was thinking it was 23"

Well, now we know that the top belt guide on the Kiddy Cruiser Fix is about 19.5" then the Oobr, Parkway and Frontier are all taller.

I think the kiddy one with the shield goes super tall... the one without... not so much.

I think the parkway and frontier are still the tallest.

I think (don't quote me) if I remember from carseat blog that the orbit wasn't measured, but the peg has a top height of 21" for torso... so figure about the same as the probooster, so not quite as tall as the parkway, but nice.

I don't know if either of these can go backless (which with the latch features, I HOPE they do, give us more choice of latchable backless boosters... plus, the price is not low on the peg and so I would hope it would transition)

I just sent an email with some questions to peg perego about backless use and the rules about the headrest, so maybe I'll get an answer. (I'd love it if they sold it as a backless booster... it would be so cool to have another latchable backless on the market)
