and I have no use for it at this point. I just remember them being over $70 at Walmart last time I saw them there and it was on clearance at Kmart when I went in to get a Top Side (which they were out of.) I can never pass up a good deal so I bought it. Now I need to hide it from dh .

Easier to hide if you take it apart into two pieces. :D

I find the easiest way to hide it is to use it lol

I bought a radian then TFP like a month later and We used it everyday and it took my husband at least a month to realize that it was a different seat lol

maybe replace your shortest booster for tyler with it?

Look sweetie, only 23 bucks and it's so much taller... now we won't have to spend about 100 bucks when he outgrows it to get this seat!

Oh goodness you sound like me:eek:. I just purchased a Compass B540 Booster off Wayfair clearance and I have no immediate use for it. I think I'm going to keep it as a spare for when Carmen rides with someone else.

In our vehicles he rides in a Vivo, Monterey and PWSG so all are tall, which is how I got dh to not pitch a fit over the costs of those. I had planned to put it in the attic, just for the weekend, until I could play with it more while he was at work on Monday but he got home early and now it is sitting in the box in my van that we have to drive tomorrow. He usually goes to bed by 8 but is still up. He needs to go to bed so I can hide it somewhere.

Does anyone one know how the Boost Air fits smaller kids (like 40 pounds and 39 inches?) My nephew will be 5 this summer and will need a booster. He is tiny and stil fits in an Evenflo Chase but it expires at the end of the year.

I remember Joolsplus3's daughter Leah in it when she had one and posted pics... should fit really well.

For that price, I'd give it to him.

Yeah, fit Leah super well, and fits the 4 yo boy we watch really well, too (in his mom's car...not a battle I was willing to fight, and it's better for sleeping than his Big Kid--of course he's in a Frontier in MY car!).

Too bad this seat was so overpriced when it was introduced, it really could have made it as a contender in the lower price markets.... and now it's just another flop on clearance (89 at WM when it first came out, wth? way too much!)

yeah... otherwise I might have tried it over the evenflo big kid in dh's cobalt (the 2 door cobalts... with those scooped out buckety seats outboard they end up being super tall and it would have fit until it eventually hit the ceiling like all boosters back there do. (and I really hate the lack of side support in a tiny car with no side airbags)

SIGH... but with the top of her booster less than 1" from the ceiling now, even for that price, it's not worth it for me if I found one.
