Today as I was driving home from work I was sitting in traffic next to this woman in a brand new BMW. In the back seat was a child who could not have been too much older than B and J (maybe 3 at most) In a booster. Except he wasn't. He was not buckled and he was bouncing around the seat playing with a matchbox car facing the rear of the car. The Mom was on the phone running her mouth and I noticed she had her window down. So I pulled up next to har and rolled my passenger window down and asked her is she was aware that her child was not buckled. She look in the back seat and says to me "yeah, he does that all the time, who cares?" and continued on with her phone conversation. I wanted to say more but I figured if that is really her attitude nothing I can say in the two minutes we are sitting next to eachother in traffic is going to matter. UGH!
