Specialized Bicycle Components Recalls Bike Brake Levers Due to Crash Hazard. Sold at: Authorized Specialized Bicycle Components retailers from April 2010 to February 2012. The bicycle frame modules sold for between $5,500 and $6,100. The brake levers sold for about $80 as service parts.

Dole Fresh Vegetables is voluntarily recalling 756 cases of DOLE® Seven Lettuces salad with Use-by Date of April 11, 2012, UPC code 71430 01057 and Product Codes 0577N089112A and 0577N089112B, due to a possible health risk from Salmonella. The salads were distributed in fifteen U.S. states (Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin).

Thompson, Inc. is expanding the recall of its Anytime Deli Turkey & Ham Footlong, to include Italian Footlong, and Classic Cuban, because the products have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria Monocytogenes. The sub sandwiches were distributed on January 2nd through April 13th to convenience and grocery stores nationwide under the labels Anytime Deli, Sandwich Central and Dandee.

Hospira, Inc. (NYSE: HSP), announced today it is initiating a voluntary user level recall of one lot of Morphine Sulfate Injection USP, 4 mg/mL (C-II), 1 mL fill in 2.5 mL Carpuject, NDC 0409-1258-30, due to a customer report of two Carpujects syringes containing more than the 1 mL labeled fill volume.
