Does anyone have the InStep Safari double jogger?

I have heard that the seats lay back a bit...but I am wondering how far.

Is it like they're laying down, or is it just a recline?

I have the single and mine reclines fairly far...not quite flat, but definitely enough to sleep comfortably.

Looking back over my post...I guess I phrased my question really badly, lol

I was wondering if they sit up far enough (when in the most upright position) for older kids to be comfortable.

Some of the reviews I have read say that they are still quite reclined when in the most upright position.

Oh I got it....actually that's what I thought you meant at first, but rereading decided it was the other. Guess I should have gone with my first thought:p

I did find that my older DD would sometimes hold the bar in front to sit up more, but she never complained about it. Since the seatback has a 5 pt harness, it just came up with her. She actually hasn't been in it in a while, but my 2 yr old has never seemed to be uncomfortable. She's more of a kick back and enjoy the ride type anyway though.

It won't really sit straight up although since it's a drawstring, with a little extra tugging, I've found that it is possible to get it up a little farther than it really "wants" to if that makes any sense.

Of course this could all be a little different with the double too though....hopefully you'll get some more feedback.

That makes sense.

We currenty have a Combi with a drawstring recline adjustment...so it never sits up perfectly straight either.

Thanks for the help!
