Diono tech discount?

I've heard that Diono gives a tech discount. Does anyone know how much the discount is? I'm needing to buy another seat -- I have XTSLs and was going to get a RXT this time around -- and want to know if it'd be worth the cost savings to wait until after I take the tech course in 7 weeks.

Also, what is their protocol for obtaining the tech seats?

After shipping I don't think the discount is much better than sales. I'm pretty sure the kohls sale prices were better than the tech discount.

i am in the same state and it was gonna be around 240-250 after shipping...i got a better deal at kohls for buying two

The RXT is $210 plus actual shipping ($20-30, you can even call and ask for the actual shipping price). So it is usually better than most deals out there. If you need one soon, the tech discount is the way to go. If you're looking for a great deal within the next year, you can wait for another sale like Kohls to come up, and I know JustKidsStore has had really good prices before too.

I agree... the super duper sales that pop up now and then are better, but the tech price is better than the "normal" sales (the kind you don't have to jump on before they're all gone in a few hours... or minutes).
