Convertible recommendations for small car

We just bought an Audi A4. It has a small back seat.
Our current seats are:
DS1 2 years 8 months 32 lbs Radian XTSL
DS2 3 months 15 lbs Chicco Keyfit 30

I am afraid that both of these will not fit in an A4.
I want to keep them rear facing for as long as possible.
This car will be used them to drop in daycare but we will not make long trips in this car. We prefer our minivan for that.

I have been trying to find small foot print convertible carseats that will have reasonable weight limits so they can last long.

We are tried of Keyfit 30 so we want to get rid of it and I will move both of my Radian XTSL into Honda Odyssey minivan.

So I am looking for recommendations for 2 new seats that can take 3 month old, 2 year 8 month old and still fit in a small car.

Combi Cocorro might fit but it has 40 lbs capacity and DS1 is already 32 lbs
Someone mentioned Maxi Cosi Pria but it seems complicated to install and Adjust.
Everybody love Britax seats? Is there is model that will fit.

Can you please recommend seats that will meet our needs?

We don't have the car yet. It is being shipped. We will take it to BRU and try seats but it will still have helpful to get some recommendations.

Our son outgrew a 40lb seat around 18 months. We had lots of issues finding a seat to RF in our car. The radian didn't fit but that was before the angle adjuster. I'd try that with the adjuster first. We ended up with a new model britax boulevard. It's easy to install and has a tiny footprint because of the way it reclines. RF weight is high but height is just average. You'll get more life out of the radian.

Both kids are old enough for a 30 degree install which buys you a few more inches. Make sure the seat you choose allows a more upright install (I didn't realize they all didn't until recently).

We also got tired of the Keyfit- we left it installed in the car after about 3 months. Is that an option? Several convertibles won't fit a newborn well but will starting around 6 months.

I am trying to buy Radian angle adjustor. It is out of stock everywhere.
My DS1 currently sits in a Radian XTSL. Once I have the angle adjustor I will see if it will fit in the new car. This may work for DS1 who is much older than 1 year age limit.

Leaving the seat in the car may be in option. We only have 1 infant carseat but 2 bases. Sometimes one parents drops of DS2 and other parent picks him up. My wife is have arm pain from picking up heavy car seat plus 15 lbs baby.
So we may leave the seat attached in one of the cars and buy an infant friendly convertible for the other car.

May thanks for taking the time to respond.
