I heard that e-z-on has made a new escape proof vest (i think it is called "max vest" that buckles behind that seat.) I was wondering if anyone here can provide me with some more info (where i can buy it, cost, size info, etc), I have tried to e-mail them but they never reply back.

I haven't visited their website recently, but haven't heard of anything new; however they have for years made back-closing vests, and floor mounting rather than leaving the seatbelt accessible is an available option.
I would suggest calling them during their regular business hours if you wish to contact them, as their reps are usually VERY helpful and knowledgeable, and see if that helps you figure out what you need.
