quick MA installation question

My little guy's MA just came in from the sale at TRU and I'm getting ready to install it after reading the manual through. However it doesn't say, as far as I could find, if the vehicle belt is routed over or under the foam.

I had the classic style and always routed it UNDER the foam. Figured the foam was there for comfort and the belt would compress it. There may be a utube video if you look.

Just a note that the crotch buckle can only be on the inner position when installing the seat rf'ing with the seatbelt. If you choose to use the UAS (don't know if your vehicle/seating position has it or not,) then you can move the buckle to the outer position.
