    regent kit delivery

    Let's say you've received 4 letters re: the advisory from Britax (two for each Regent that you own), but have yet to receive a single kit. When should delivery be expected? What would you do? I'm hoping someone has experience with this and can help me out.

    I still haven't gotten my advisory letter even though I have called to confirm they have me in their system with the correct address. Since I don't use latch and am using the new install method anyway, I don't really feel it affects me, but I sure wish I was included on the information.

    I would call again to check the status if you still haven't received anything. My kit came 2 weeks after the letter.

    No kit here either yet - and I got the advisory letter in the mail weeks ago. It doesn't affect me too badly - I just have the seat installed LBP instead of with LATCH but I would like to get it eventually.

    I never remember to call Britax and ask until it is too late in the day. I need to try to remember tomorrow morning.

    I was going to post this also!!

    I still haven't gotten my kit either! Not too much of an issue, since they 'say' that the old way is still fine, but he's still got the LBP, RBar, and TTether!
