Removing cup holders from Maestro

Has anyone done this? It was given the ok from Evenflo since it then just mimics their program seats, right?

Just wondering if you did it if they could be put back on after and if they look weird without them.

You have to call Evenflo and ask permission AND get the replacement caps to fill the holes it leaves. It cost me $6 to have 2 sets shipped (to Canada).

They will not give you permission to remove them and leave empty holes there. When I called the lady was sketchy about the approval and gave me some attitude. I told her that I was given permission the year before (I was) to remove them and now I heard that there were caps for the holes and you thought it would be a good idea b/c my 2yo had started sticking his fingers in there. She left, talked to a manager and then came back and gave me permission and sent out the caps.

Yes, if you are careful you can get them off and put them back on. It is thin plastic, so I wouldn't be doing this often and expect it to continue working for me. But, after I was given permission to take them off, someone here was not given permission, so then I emailed and they told me to put them back on.

Just wanted to update that I e-mailed Evenflo and they gave me the go-ahead. So now it seems two of us have been told yes and one person told no? Would you be ok with doing it?

I emailed them a few weeks ago and no response yet. Did you just call customer service? Jamie's keeps popping off (they go right back on btw)

I e-mailed them around 10 am yesterday and got a response by five. Maybe you should try e-mailing again? Maybe yours was buried or something.
