They are all for all models of Radian. The seats come with the Standard length. If you are planning to use the seat with a newborn, you may need the short straps (I would have, if they were available then). If you are planning to use the seat with a child near the maximum limits, you may need the long straps. For most people, who don't use the seat from birth and don't use it to the max weight and height, Regular are fine.

For shipping, I believe it will depend on your location. Try going through the checkout process and see what it says.

Thanks Melissa! So, I want the 38" one b/c the 33" are for babes and 42" for big kids, right?

I use my seat for my 2yo, he'll use it until he outgrows it, my 6yo still rides in it occasionally, didn't notice a problem w/ the straps...maybe for a big kid w/ a coat and...

I did put the stuff in my basket, then went onto the next stage, but it wants all my personal information and I *hate* that, was hoping someone would just know!

I remember the diono rep saying something about different length harnesses, but I didn't realize they were really available! That's great that they come smaller for newborns. I couldn't get the straps tight enough when I tried my newborn in the seat. I had my 9 yo in the radian two weeks ago for the last time ever and he had extra harness, so I know my kids wouldn't need the large one. (My ds still fits according to the rules, but he complained a lot about discomfort, so I'll not make him sit in the radian ever again.)
