Are those "U" pillows ok to use in car seats?

My dd has insane head slump in the scenera and I might be using the seat a lot in the next couple of months. If it doesn't affect the harness, it is ok, correct? I usually put blankets around her head but this would be so much easier.

Even thought they're made by a car seat manufacture by using it on a different brand it would be an after market product.

Thank you. I kept thinking it wouldn't be a big deal as it doesn't interfere with the harness system.

I've been told on here that the u shaped pillows that wrap around the front of the neck, don't attach to anything are safe to use, at least with my bolstered child who couldn't sleep in a backless booster.
