who made century seats?

Century was bought by Graco, which is part of the Rubbermaid Corp.

When I googled Graco & Century, the first hit was to the FAQ's at Graco, so I'd definitely call them regarding Century seats.
My mom had a Century and it had an eight year lifespan, 1998-2006, and it said it right on the back of the seat (well, it said "Do not use after December 2006" and the sticker was still on it showing the DOM in 1998).

When I called Graco about the life span of a Century seat they told me 10yrs
