booster latch in third row

Updated ? down below...

I'm shopping for a new minivan soon and I'm completely new to the whole minivan world. Lease is up in May, so it's coming, ready or not.
I also need to buy a new Parkway, like yesterday, and I can't decide if I should get the SGL or SG because....aren't the LATCHes usually off center in the 3rd row of most vans? Is it possible to use the LATCH feature back there? I'm currently leaning towards an Odyssey (07-09 range based on budget) but that's not set in stone. I may still change my mind - it's happened three times already! :) The parkway would ONLY be used in the third row and occasionally moved to other vehicles. Unfortunately, I need the seat now, but I also want it to work in that new vehicle in a few months. I know I don't have to use the LATCH on the SGL but if I know I can't then I won't spent the extra money.

I have a Sedona, it has 4 sets of latch, only one is offset in the 3rd row. My nephew's parkway SG works perfectly in the 3rd row.

There was only one set of LATCH in the 3rd row in our 07 Odyssey. It still might work if you can leave the straps a little bit loose, but the middle seat was pretty narrow and I don't know if the booster would even fit there.

I have a '06 Sienna and I don't think the latch is offset in it. I have 2 sets of latch in the 3rd row, passenger side and middle. I have only ever used the passenger side though.

The third row passenger side's LATCH isn't offset in 2004-2010 Sienna models, but the third row center set of LATCH is offset toward the driver's side in 2004-2010 Siennas. I don't recall if the third row center LATCH is offset in the redesigned 2011 and newer Sienna models, and the only other sets of LATCH in the 2011 and newer version Siennas are the second row outboard sets.We weren't able to LATCH our LATCHable Monterey nor an Olli in the third row center in our '05 Sienna, but haven't tried a Parkway SGL there (our Parkways are the original models w/o LATCH, not the SG or LATCHable SGL).

You need to climb back there cuz center is offset

It looks like the Odyssey's center lower latch is just slightly offset (2009 model)...I don't know if it's technically considered offset or not. Does that latch work for something like an SGL? Or is it too far over?
