Monarch vs new parkway or monarch vs old parkway? Or all 3?

I would love it if Britax still made the old parkway. It could very well be my favorite. Sad, because I would never buy an old one for my just turned 6 six year old. I never had any real life experience with the Monarch; I kind of hate the new Parkway  It just feels like a glorified Turbo to me. (Imo)

There are old threads. I read one, where someone said the monarch is deeper than the old parkway, but it has arm rests which makes it harder to buckle in a tight space. I think the monarch doesn't adjust quite as tall.

The Monarch, sure looks like the Monterey.

Isn't the Monarch still available in Europe, thought I read/saw that once?

And, the Parkway, sure does look like the [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004FN0ZA8/ref=s9_simh_gw_p75_d0_g75_i3?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0KMVXSCDC0QPJ621QFK0&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846"]TurboBooster[/ame]. Didn't they re-do the TurboBooster? I actually like the looks of the protection the new TurboBooster gives over the Parkway...Wonder why Britax stopped making the Monarch? Either way, that's why I got the Monterey...

I always thought they looked an a lot alike as well. The monarch twin was available in Europe is the Kidfix they multiple versions of it and I found a parkway looking thing with out arms Link

My DS1 loved his monarch he out grew it last year right around this time right before his 8th birthday (he has a long torso and is not a small child.) He was very sad he found the seat great for sleeping in. He also had an old style parkway but he didn't like it as much. I really liked the old style parkway it was so simple one couldn't really screw it up since it didn't have arms.

The new PW does look a lot like the tb, but when you but them next to each other there is a noticeable difference. The PW is much taller, the seat much more padded and a little bit deeper, and I prefer the belt guide on the new PW over the current tb belt guides. The belt always came out of dd's TB but stays put in the PW. Plus the covers are nicer on the PW. ;)

I have both and can get pics later if anyone is interested.
