Unable to Attach Pictures to Posts

Greetings! Suddenly, I can't attach pictures to posts anymore. I have to go thru a host site such as photobucket. I have more than enough "attachment storage" on CSO. Is it on my end for some reason?

I keep getting this error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 28437633 bytes) in /home/carseat/public_html/includes/class_image.php on line 2401

I had this problem and had to go delete some pics from posts to bf able to add more!

auto correct hates me

Thanks:) I deleted a lot of attachments. I only have used 556 kb out of 9.54 mb max and I still can't attach pics to posts. I should be able to attachment more pics shouldn't I? :confused: I've tried from different browsers--IE and Firefox w/ no success.
