With a RF seat in the center, there is no room for a passenger in the back seat driver's side, and the car seat will cover the buckle. You may be able to fit a skinny 5-stepping teen/adult passenger side, but it will be cramped.
I tried the MyRide rear facing. At the newborn angle in the center seat, there is no room for me to sit in the driver's seat, let alone drive. I suppose this may work installed on the passenger's side if you never want a front seat passenger. At the most upright it's allowed (ball all the way to the left in the green) there way enough room for me to sit in the driver's seat, but it would be very cramped to drive. I wouldn't recommend this set-up for anybody taller than 5'0" (I'm 5'2")
Because of the way the seat belt is positioned, when a RF seat is installed in the center it is pulled toward the driver's side of the car, and there is enough room to put the passenger seat all the way back and even partially reclined.
Here is the MyRide that I would skip:
With the Triumph 65 RF in the middle, there was enough room for me to push the clutch all the way down with my leg fully extended, so it takes up a lot less room front to back.
In this picture, the driver's seat is as far back as it can go without touching the Triumph

For forward facing seats, the manual specifies that if you're installing in the center both parts of the seat back must be in the upright, or reclined position. They can be in either, but they must be the same so I took pictures of both. The manual specifies removing the headrest and not replacing it. They're very easy to take off, no tools required. You access the top tether by folding the seat forward.
Here's the center installation, the vehicle seat back was reclined and the Triumph is in recline position 2. There was some movement, but less than one inch

Now for the outboard installs- you can't have a center passenger and there isn't a huge amount of legroom for the child in the car seat.

Please let me know if you want to see any other set-up in this car! Other than the MyRide and Triumph I have an Argos which I haven't tried in this car yet and a Tribute that I couldn't get an acceptable install in any position, RF or FF with LATCH or seat belt.
