Question Britax Boulevard 70 rf - fit in center of Audi A6?

I have a 2008 Audi A6 and we are trying to install in the center. We needed a pool noodle with our Chicco KeyFit infant seat to get it right and now we are moving up to the Boulevard still RF but we can't seem to get it to fit. It's almost like the base of the seat is too wide to buckle it in. Does anyone know if it can be installed in the center RF? If not, is a different Britax a better fit for the center?

All Britax convertibles are the same size. Must it be a Britax?

It's ok if you have to pull the buckle outside of the base a bit, provided you get a decent installation. The center stalk in our Audi often has to be pushed to the side so we can get a carseat in the center position. You cannot use LATCH in the center of the Audi, so it'd be a seatbelt installation. Use the lockoffs or lock the seatbelt and you're done. We used to have a Britax installed rear facing in our A4 without a problem.

I just wanted to post a follow up for others....I took my A6 and Britax Boulevard to a professional installer and he said it cannot be installed in the center at all due to the angle of the Audi backseat. He said side install only for proper fit.
