Booster Info?

Let's say that I'm related to someone who is going to nursing school, and I've been told that because she's attending nursing school OF COURSE she knows about car seat safety.... (I figure that if she knew anything her son wouldn't have been FF at 1 and her daughter who just turned 5 and is slightly over 40lbs wouldn't be in a low back booster as she has been for the last year). I've also been told that it's not my place to say anything to her about car seat safety because she's a nurse and she knows everything....

Anyway, I want to put a couple "did you knows" on my facebook page regarding booster seat safety, and maybe a link to a site with some really great "this is how it's supposed to look with a good/great fit" pictures with the hope that maybe she'll look (and I know I've got some other friends who will for sure). Can you guys help? My kids are both RF so they're nowhere near boosters, so I don't know too much about them yet....

The Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada has a Facebook page. No pictures yet, but some of the tips that have been posted include things like top tethers and approved UAS seating positions. If you have a topic you'd like to see addressed in the tips, please just post it on the wall and maybe it will turn in to the tip. :thumbsup:

Car-seat.org also has a facebook page. Much of the information posted on the c-s.org facebook page will be relevant to Canada as well - I'm just not sure if your relative will be picky about Canadian vs. US info.

eta: I don't know how to link specifically to the booster topics on those pages. How detailed of info are you looking for? Short and sweet or extensive detail? Any specific topic about boosters?

I quite often share status updates or information from the carseat pages on facebook on my wall. Some people choose to ignore it but at least it's out there....
