Captain's chair with seat belt attached

What vehicles (and specific years) would have a captain's chair with the seat belt attached, and preferably also lower anchors? Submitting a wish list to a wrecker in hopes of acquiring one for teaching with.

Siennas have great captain's chairs for demo seats. Any seat after 04 my, or driver's side on an 01-03 would have LATCH.

Only the 2nd row middle seat of the 8 passenger sienna has a seat with latch and full seatbelt assembly. I plan to use my middle seat for demonstrations within a classroom.

Really? I've been in Siennas with the attached seatbelt outboard. I can't remember what years, but I know I remember using them...

My van's year is '07. The outboard belts are attached the the frame of the van.

I know for sure an 06 Sienna 7-pass, ps 2nd row would have both.
