McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc. (“McNeil”), is voluntarily recalling, at the wholesale and retail levels, seven lots, approximately 574,000 bottles, of Infants’ TYLENOL Oral Suspension, 1 oz. Grape distributed nationwide in the United States. McNeil is initiating this voluntary recall as a precaution after receiving a small number of complaints from consumers who reported difficulty using the Infants’ TYLENOL SimpleMeasure dosing system.

Children's Slalom Glider Slides Recalled by Landscape Structures due to Fall Hazard. Sold: To schools and other facilities with playground equipment nationwide between January 2006 and December 2011 for about $2300.

FDA notified parents, caregivers, consumers, and dental care professionals about reports of serious injuries and potential hazards associated with the use of all models of the Crest and Arm & Hammer Spinbrush. These reports indicated that while turned on, the brush head has either “popped off” or broken off in the user’s mouth or near the face, causing cuts to the mouth and gums, chipped or broken teeth, swallowing and choking on the broken pieces, and injuries to the face and eyes.

Ganz Recalls Dancing Teapots Due to Burn Hazard. Sold at: Tea and coffee specialty stores, gift stores, drug stores, kitchen supply stores, hospital gift shops and other retailers nationwide from December 2011 through January 2012 for about $30.

Improvements Catalog Recalls Adjustable Ottoman Beds Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at: Improvements and Skymall catalogs and online at Improvementscatalog.com and Skymall.com from May 2011 to August 2011 for between $150 and $190.

STIHL Recalls MS 391 Chain Saws Due to Risk of Injury. Sold at: Authorized STIHL dealers nationwide from March 2011 through July 2011 for between $530 and $550.

Fire Control Panels Recalled by Bosch Security Systems Corp. Due to Alarm Failure Posing a Fire Hazard. Sold at: Authorized distributors and installers nationwide from May 2009 through October 2011 for about $1,200.

The Chili Station, a Ludlow, Mass. establishment, is recalling approximately 3,800 pounds of chili products because they may have been produced without the benefit of federal inspection. The recalled products were sold in Massachusetts.

AA Meat Products Corporation, a Maywood, Calif. establishment, is recalling an undetermined amount of meat and poultry products because they may have been produced without the benefit of federal inspection. The products were sold in California, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Oregon, Texas and Washington.

Regeneca, Inc. announced today that it is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of RegenArouse, Lot Number 130100, because FDA lab analysis has confirmed the presence of Tadalafil making these products unapproved new drugs. Tadalafil is an FDA-approved drug used as treatment for male Erectile Dysfunction (ED). Regeneca, Inc. has distributed RegenArouse via sales made over the internet to consumers in the United States of America and Puerto Rico between November 29, 2011 and February 10, 2012.

FDA notified healthcare professionals of a Class I recall of Salter Labs 7600 Bubble Humidifier. A manufacturing defect was discovered in certain lots of the 7600 Bubble Humidifiers, where the humidifier lids failed to pop off at the intended pressure. When the pop-off occurs, the brass slug does not always reseat to the appropriate position.
