BRU Trade in ?

Has anyone be able to order a product online after trading in and getting the coupon? I want a seat that is not available in the store. I'm wondering an employee can order it for me using my 25% off coupon when I trade in a seat??

I was told by a BRU employee that they will only order a product online that is out of stock in the store. In other words, it has to be something that is carried in-store. Although I think somebody here was able to get an employee to order them something, but generally it's not something they will do.

They told me I could use the coupon online. When I went to use it, it didn't work, so I called customer service. The lady on the phone did it for me online. It was for a seat our store does not carry.

They did it for me...ours is a small TRU and they have a very minimal carseat selection. They ordered (from another store in-state) it for me and I paid upon delivery (when I brought my seat in to trade) This works best at the start of the Great Trade In because of the timeframe they have to work with..I had zero problems here. They were super helpful. (plus the prices are better right at the start, they up them during the trade-in.)

Okay let me clarify..after reading what my ADHD mind wrote...I live in a small N.Mich town, our Toys R Us is SMALL, I was set on the Britax FR85 (On-line it was $223) I went to our store and asked them if they could order it for me and if I could still get the Trade-in Deal. They told me no problem. They had to call around to find this seat as the warehouse was out as were many stores. They found it, ordered it and when it came to the store four days later the price on line reflected a huge jump. 269$ I mentioned this to them because if it had been in the store I would have bought it that day. Well, to make a long story short, I lucked out..they honored it. I suppposed it depends on who you are dealing with etc. Good luck.

I got Sophie the Argos 70 for $157 after tax. I was going to get her a nautilus at target but it worked out to be the same price as the Argos at BRU.

Yeah, they will usually find a way to save the sale after an employee misinforms a guest. Glad they worked with you :thumbsup:
