So silly, Judi! A little duct tape -- maybe a bit of plywood -- and it's good as new!!!!

(Added bonus, seat will now expire six years from the manufacture of the duct tape...)

I showed it to Gabe and he said, "see, that is what I wanted to do!". I told him that it is time to figure out something else. He was not happy.
