Tassimo Single-Cup Coffee Makers Recalled by BSH Home Appliances Due to Burn Hazard. Sold at: Department, mass merchandise and home improvement stores nationwide and on various websites, including www.tassimodirect.com, from June 2008 through February 2012 for between $100 and $250. The Tassimo Professional model was sold directly to hotels and food service providers and they are being contacted directly.

Tassimo Espresso T Discs Recalled by Kraft Foods Due to Burn Hazard. Sold by: Department, mass merchandise, home improvement and other stores nationwide and on various websites, including www.tassimodirect.com, from August 2011 through February 2012 for between $8 and $11 per package.

Designs Direct Recalls Rooster-Themed Lamps Sold Exclusively at Fred's Inc. Due to Risks of Shock and Fire. Sold exclusively at: Fred's Inc. stores nationwide between October 2011 and November 2011 for about $20.

Spectrum Home Furnishings Recalls Chandeliers Due to Injury Hazard. Sold at: The products were sold online from January 2007 through December 2010 for about $1,000 to $2,500 on the websites www.spectrumhome3.com, ww.spectrumhome4.com or www.gallery84.com.

Bost Distributing Company doing business as Harold Food Company, a Bear Creek, N.C. establishment, is recalling approximately 1,200 pounds of Grand Strand Deluxe Chicken Salad products. The products contain eggs that are the subject of a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recall due to concerns about contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The products were sent to a distributor in South Carolina for further distribution to retail establishments in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Greencore, USA – Cincinnati, Recalls Egg Salad Sandwiches with Brand Name Quick Café and Take Away Café because of possible contamination with Listeria Monocytogenes. The sandwich products were produced starting Jan. 18, 2012 and then distributed to retail stores in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee.

GH Foods CA, LLC, Sacramento, California, is recalling sandwiches (DeLish Brand Egg Sandwich and DeLish Brand Tuna Salad Sandwich), associated with the affected egg recalls, due to potential contamination of Listeria monocytogenes. The sandwiches affected by the recalled eggs from Michael Foods, Inc., were distributed in the state of California. Products were sold in Walgreens retail stores only.

Grand Strand Sandwich Company of Longs, SC is recalling its 4.5oz and 5 oz Chicken Salad Sandwiches, with the following labels: Grand Strand Sandwich, Lunch Box Sandwiches, and Country Harvest Sandwiches. This recall only affects the Chicken Salad Sandwiches distributed in the southeast convenience stores.

ZIP INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC, is expanding its recall of sliced herring fillet (forelka) 330 gram and 600 gram in plastic packaging due to Listeria contamination. The recalled sliced herring fillet (forelka) 330 gram and 600 gram in plastic packaging includes best by date 5/18/2012 . The best by date is located on the round side of the packaging and was sold to retail grocery stores in New York State.

Healthy People Co. announced today that it is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of the company’s dietary supplements (Mince Belle Dietary Supplement, PERFECT Men Dietary Supplement, EVERLAX Dietary Supplement, EVER Slim Dietary Supplement, Herbal Drink Acai-man Mangosteen Dietary Supplement, EVER SLIM Shake Mix Dietary Supplement) sold under the brand names Healthy People Co. because FDA lab analysis has confirmed the presence of Sibutramine and Tadalafil, making these products unapproved new drugs. These products were sold, or distributed at our store located at: 13105 Ramona Blvd Ste F, Irwindale, CA, 91706, and can be returned, and exchanged at the same location.

Wholistic Herbs Inc. of Dallas, TX, is recalling all quantities of the "Koff & Kold" and "Kold Sore", 1 fl. oz. spray products distributed from March 2009 through February 2012. Products intended for use in the eye that are non-sterile have the potential to cause eye infections. "Koff & Kold" and "Kold Sore" were distributed throughout the Unites States to retail stores located in Texas, California, Washington, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Illinois, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. The products were also distributed through acupuncture clinics and the firm’s website at www.naturalapothecary.com.
