TrueFit vs. XTSL

I am looking at getting E a XTSL for my brother's new car that has a super tiny backseat. E is really struggling with no where to put his legs, his knees are either in his face or he is trying to throw them over the sides, which doesn't really work with the TF.

I just moved him up to the top slots on the TF (he was a bit over, but I haven't seen him in forever :eek:) ). Will he have a comparable amount of time in the XTSL? Will he last for another couple years?

The TF and Radian have about the same top slots, but the Radian allows the shoulders to go over, and if it's more upright then you may gain some time.

I was assuming he was RF based on the leg room issue. Yes, the Radian allows for the shoulders to go over the top slots so will give you more time. :)

I assumed forward since the top slots aren't allowed rear facing on the True Fit.
