Do I need a new seat?

My DD's extra seat is an Evenflo Tribue Sport...and I just realized it only RF to 35lbs. DD is 19 months and already 28 lbs...Should I go ahead and sell it and get a higher weight seat? She seems to be growing very quickly.
And if I should get a new seat, what's a good, but not expensive seat w/ at least a 40lb limit?

It's doubtful she's going to gain 7 pounds in the next month. You're probably fine for at least a year as long as she still fits by height. But if you want another seat, you could trade it in at BRU and get 25% off a new seat.

Inexpensive options that RF to 40 would be the Cosco Scenera 40RF (check to be sure it goes to 40, some only go to 35), Cosco Apt, Safety 1st Onside Air. Those are between $50-$100. Others are the MyRide 65, Evenflo Triumph 65, Safety 1st Complete Air. Those are about $120-$180.

I would wait until she is more like 32ishlbs before you stare to worry. In the meantime you could look into a Evenflo Momentum, Radian, or Complete Air.

IDK. I feel like I should trade it in and get maybe an Onside Air or maybe a MR. I'm one of those better safe than sorry people...LOL I'll have to weigh my options.
She jumped from 22lbs to 28 lbs in like, a month and a half, so IDK if that'll happen again or not.

If you're going to puck between MR or OnSide Air, I'd recommend a MyRide. With that being said, I'd wait until your DD weighs a little more. As she gets older and becomes more active, her weight gain will slow down.

I agree to wait. I was freaking out about DD when she went over 50% but she is still only 31lbs at 3 years old.

I would also wait, but if you do want to trade seats, I would just wait for a good deal on a myride or whatever. Target often has them for $100-110. Then you can sell the tribute for probably $25. I'm sure you'd spend less money by waiting for a good sale and selling your tribute than you would trading in your seat for 25% off at brus.
