Hbb questions

So I am new to the use of a hbb due to the lack of headrests in my car. I have a turbobooster for her. The only problem is that it leans terribly (or she leans), and she hates the seat, like won't sit properly, whines, and complains, hates it. She says the little pooch in it where the backrest and headrest thing come together is annoying her. Is there any way to fix this? I really hate the idea of buying her a new seat since I am just the nanny but it is starting to frustrate me. Today we are trying her seat passenger outboard and N's Nautilus in the center to see if that helps the leaning issue. Is there anything else I can try? The Nautilus installs terribly in my car and is a pain to move, but center is the easiest place for it. The booster will be hard to buckle but I have to buckle N at the same time too so it is no big deal.

Is there any other setup I can try? Or is there another booster that might not be too expensive to try for her? She is 7 years old, around 70lbs, and maybe 53 inches tall about, and about 1.5" over the top slots in the Nautilus (not sure what that converts to in torso height). She is on the last height of the booster and is required by law to be in a booster until 9. I don't envision this situation becoming easier since she keeps getting taller and my car is not sprouting headrests.

Also what do you do about blind spots? Both the Nautilus and Turbobooster create terrible blind spots for me.

Last question I promise... My dog rides in my car too in her Bergen. Would you rather do a 3 across the back with the dog or find a way to attach her Bergen in the front seat? Not sure where to attach it though.

Thanks for the help! Sorry it is long, I am still trying to learn all this car seat stuff and thought of a couple other questions while sitting here.
