...at 2y9m. He got to ride in his new Maestro in MIL's car. He was grinning from ear to ear and kept swinging his legs back and forth. She has a Ford Escape and it installed beautifully outboard driver side. Only problem was that Austin's booster (a literider) would not fit next to it in the center so we had to move the literider outboard passenger side and Taylor had to sit in the middle seat. She was not happy about that at all and thank goodness she's skinny as a rail cause otherwise she wouldn't have fit there either. She was still quite squished though. I would have tried the Maestro in the center but it would have been to hard for MIL to get him in the seat in the center. Any way I was a little nervous and said a little prayer as they pulled out of the driveway. All went well though and they made it back home safe and sound.
I was a little worried that he'd protest getting into his seat in my car (he's still RF in our vehicles) but when I asked him if he wanted to run some errands with me in the afternoon he climbed right into his seat and never even batted and eye.
