Proof that rear facing is still better - even in a rear end crash!

Heard from a family I worked with a while back today - their babysitter was transporting their 1 year old, he was RF in a Momentum and she was rear ended at highway speeds on an interstate onramp. Airbags deployed, car was totaled, but he didn't have a scratch on him aside from a little mark where the harness strap rubbed on his neck, and they were both released from the hospital the same day. The seat did exactly what it was supposed to.

It totally made my day. Another win for rear facing!
